Cutting Edge Stencils To The Rescue

So, I finally got the floors in my studio painted. I have this very pretty soft green on the wall. I thought I’d try one shade darker for the floors. Well, little did I know that The high gloss of the floor paint would turn the apple green into a neon safety green. Combined with the walls it makes me really understand the meaning of the word eyesore. It’s a very bright room and the effect is sort of like looking directly at the sun with your eyes wide open. My solution is this fabulous reusable stencil from Cutting Edge Stencils on Etsy. It is almost 3 feet wide, so I figure a few of these painted on in a contrasting color will break it up a bit. Of course I kind of have my heart set on orange, so I just might be a glutton for punishment. I’ll post photos once I have it completed.
