My Garden Grows

This flower is the only thing that cheers me up. The sky is perfectly blue and the sun is bright. Everything beckons me outside to soak up the warm spring air. I open the door and…… BAM! A blast of hateful cold air hits me in the face. The wind threatens to take away my only child and puppy. (Tony is pretty safe) I know it won’t be long before spring really comes to Nova Scotia, but I find I have no more patience for the cold. I will stay holed up here in my bright and sunny home and grow my little fabric flowers until someone tells me it’s safe to go out there.
