Meet Audrey. Yes, she is named after Audrey Hepburn because it reminds me of the hat she wore in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I sew this hat on my antique straw braid sewing machine. Hemp braid is very flexible which makes this a perfect travel hat. Just stuff the hat with clothing in your suitcase and if she looks a bit travel worn, fear not. The hat will relax back into shape when you wear it.
The brim is 3″ long for ample sun protection. It is trimmed with the prettiest cotton linen print and a small spray of hand dyed hemp flowers. The brim can be flipped up or down or worn asymmetrically.

I can make this hat in any size. Please be sure to provide me with your head size.
To measure your head, take a soft tape measure and measure just above the eyebrows, above the tips of the ears and around the largest part of the back of your head. Try to not let the tape measure swoop down towards your neck. If you don’t have a soft tape measure you can use a string and then carefully measure the string. Repeat this a few times to be sure that you keep getting the same number.
