Vintage Velvet Hat with Feathers- 1940s or 50s

Description

This sweet little cocktail hat is made from black velvet. It was made on a wire frame that hugs the top of the head. It is either late 1940s or early 1950s.
It is in good condition with a bit of wear on the inner gros grain ribbon. There is no label inside.
